READY FOR A LIFE CHANGE?

Individual Virtual Therapy

Do you wish you could change the way you react to difficult situations? Do you feel like it's getting harder to deal with the world? Do you want to gain control of yourself, especially when you can't control what's happening around you?

Therapy can help!

Life is made up of experiences and responses to those experiences. We don't always have the option to change our experiences, but we can change how we react. Individual therapy can help you look at your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to notice patterns. As you become aware of your typical responses, you can challenge the parts of your reactions that do not serve you well.

Therapy is a safe space to explore emotions and thoughts. Learn tools to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Improve communication and relationships. Empower yourself to take control of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Reach out today and take the first steps towards creating the joyful and fulfilling life you deserve.

ABOUT

KRISTEN EYMARD, LCSW-BACS

(She/Her)

Hello, my name is Kristen, and I am a therapist.

I have had the privilege of working with individuals at varying crisis levels through my years of experience as a therapist. I have worked in crisis intervention centers, inpatient hospitals, and outpatient therapy programs. This has given me experiences with a broad spectrum of diagnoses and effective therapeutic approaches.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have seen the relief that therapy can bring. When approaching therapy, I like to consider the impact of trauma, individual strengths, and possible solutions. Each person is unique. We can work to find the approach that works for you! It all starts with a conversation.
